Who we are

NR AUTOMOTIVE LTD, registered in England and Wales (company no. 13024224), trading as NR Automotive, is the controller of your personal information. Our registered office is Office 203, 10 Courtenay Road, East Lane, Wembley, HA9 7ND. Our dealership is at 2 Costons Avenue, Greenford, UB6 8RJ.

What we collect and why

When you contact us or ask about a car

Your name, a way to reach you (phone or email) and your message, including the car you are interested in. We use this to answer you and to take the steps you ask for before you buy. Only your name and one way to contact you are required.

When you request a viewing, test drive or video viewing

Your name, contact details, the car and the time you would like. We use this to arrange the appointment; it is a request until we confirm it. We never ask for your driving licence details online.

When you ask for a part-exchange valuation

Your car’s registration, mileage, condition, any photos you send and your contact details, so that we can value your car. This website does not take photo uploads; photos you send on WhatsApp reach us there.

When you message us on WhatsApp

WhatsApp links on this site open a message to our WhatsApp Business number. The message only names the car and its page; nothing is sent until you press send. WhatsApp is run by Meta, which processes your messages under its own terms and privacy policy.

When you buy a car

The details we need to complete the sale, register the change of keeper and keep proper records. After a sale we may invite you to review us on Google if you would like to.

Google reviews and maps

We show our rating and reviews from our Google Business Profile, which we copy from Google and keep for no more than 30 days. Our map is a picture, not a Google map: your browser contacts Google only when you choose a link to Google Maps or Google reviews.

Lawful bases

• Taking steps you ask for before buying, and the contract when you buy (enquiries, appointments, part exchange, sales).
• Legal obligations (sales and tax records).
• Our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, including inviting buyers to review us.
• Your consent for any marketing. We only send marketing if you have opted in separately, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website, our email and our messaging, under contracts that require them to protect it, and with others where the law requires it (for example the DVLA when a car changes keeper). Some providers, such as Meta and Google, may process information outside the UK under recognised safeguards.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and appointment requests that do not lead to a sale: 12 months after our last contact.
• Part-exchange photos when no sale follows: 6 months.
• Customer and sale records: 6 years after the sale.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us to move it to another organisation. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first using our complaints page.
