Cars and prices

• We describe each car as accurately as we can. Please check anything important to you with us before you buy, and when you view the car.
• Prices shown include VAT where it applies. Cars can sell quickly, so a car on the website may already be sold or reserved; we will tell you when you contact us.
• A history check, warranty or service history is only mentioned on a car’s page where it applies to that car.

Viewings, test drives and reserving

• Viewings and test drives are by appointment. A booking made through the website is a request until we confirm it.
• You can ask us about reserving a car. A car is only reserved once we have confirmed that to you. We do not take any payment through this website.

Buying a car

The terms of a sale are agreed in writing when you buy. Nothing on this website affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a car is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described.

For NR to confirm before launch: whether cars are ever sold without a visit (a distance sale), and if so the cancellation terms.

Using this website

• The words, photographs and design on this site belong to us or the people who license them to us. Please do not copy them without permission.
• Links to WhatsApp, Google and other sites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms.
• We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
